Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 July 2026
AutoSocialReplies ("we", "us") is a small independent business based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through autosocialreplies.com, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR. We collect only what we genuinely need.
What we collect right now
AutoSocialReplies has not launched yet. Today this website collects:
- Waitlist email address. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us so we can tell you about early access, launch news, and your founding offer.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
We do not collect payment details, passwords, or any Instagram data through this website today.
How we use your data
- To contact you about early access, launch, and the founding member offer (legal basis: consent, which you give by joining the waitlist).
- To understand and improve how the website performs (legal basis: legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data, and we will not send you unrelated marketing. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Who processes your data for us
- Formspree receives and stores waitlist form submissions on our behalf. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts this website and provides cookie-free analytics. See the Vercel privacy policy.
When the product launches
Once AutoSocialReplies launches, connecting your Instagram professional account will involve additional data: your account name, an access token issued by Meta, and the comments, direct messages and story replies our service processes in order to send your automatic replies. We will update this policy with full details before launch, and connecting an account will always be your explicit choice through Meta's official login. We never see or store your Instagram password.
How long we keep your data
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after launch if you never create an account, whichever is sooner.
- Analytics: aggregated and not tied to you personally.
Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Click unsubscribe in any email we send, or reach us through our contact form, and we will delete your details from our records and from our processors within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our contact form. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website is intended for adults running social media accounts for their business or brand. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
